These terms apply to your use of the website edgespot.pro, operated by Edgespot Construction Sdn Bhd (registration 202003118246 (003112857-M)), and to preliminary dealings — enquiries, site visits and quotations — that precede a signed contract. Works themselves are always governed by the individual written contract signed for each project.

1. Using this website

The content of this site is provided for general information about our services. You may browse, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape the site, republish its content as your own, or use it in a way that disrupts its operation.

2. Information is general, not advice

Articles, budget ranges and timelines published on this site reflect typical projects and are provided in good faith. Every property differs; nothing on this site constitutes a quotation, structural advice or a commitment to price until we have inspected your site and issued a written quotation.

3. Quotations

Written quotations are valid for thirty days from their date unless stated otherwise. Quoted prices assume normal site access and conditions described at the time of the visit; concealed defects discovered during works are handled through the variation procedure set out in the contract. Site visits and quotations within the Klang Valley are free of charge and carry no obligation.

4. Engagement of works

Works commence only after both parties sign a contract recording scope, itemised pricing, schedule, payment milestones and warranty terms. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed contract, the contract prevails.

5. Intellectual property

Photographs, text and design drawings on this site are the property of Edgespot Construction Sdn Bhd or used with their owner's permission. Design proposals we prepare for you remain our property until the related contract is paid in full, after which agreed usage rights transfer to you.

6. Liability for website use

We keep the site accurate and available as far as reasonably possible but do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

7. External links

Where the site links to third-party resources, those sites have their own terms and we accept no responsibility for their content.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
