A hands-on contractor that treats your property like a project, not a job number

We started in 2016 as a two-man plumbing and repair outfit working around Bandar Puteri Puchong. Ten years on, our in-house crew of builders, wet-work specialists and interior carpenters delivers complete renovations for landed homes, condominiums, shops and offices across the Klang Valley.

Every project gets a dedicated supervisor, a written schedule and photo updates you can follow from your phone. No vanishing subcontractors, no surprise variation orders.

No. For projects within Puchong and the wider Klang Valley we visit, measure and prepare an itemised quotation at no cost and with no obligation.

A single wet area such as a bathroom usually runs two to three weeks. A full interior refresh of a double-storey terrace house averages ten to fourteen weeks depending on approvals and material lead times.

Yes. Structural and waterproofing works carry a five-year workmanship warranty, while general finishing works are covered for twelve months from handover.

We prepare drawings and submit renovation permit applications to the local council on your behalf, and we handle the paperwork required by condominium or estate management offices.

We do. Our maintenance team handles leaking pipes, roof patching, rewiring of single rooms, door and window replacement and similar small works throughout the week.

Payments follow work milestones set out in the contract, typically a deposit on confirmation, staged progress payments as each phase is certified done, and a small retention released after the defect liability period.
