What a renovation with Edgespot covers
Most homes in the Klang Valley are renovated in layers — a kitchen this year, a bathroom the next. We handle both approaches: staged upgrades that respect a budget, or a single coordinated renovation that empties the house once and hands it back transformed.
Because demolition, wet works, wiring, plastering, carpentry and painting are all done by our own crews, there are no gaps between trades where quality (and time) usually leaks away.
Typical scope items
- Kitchen rebuilds — cabinetry, tops, plumbing, ventilation and gas points
- Bathroom renovation with proper waterproofing and pressure testing
- Floor replacement: porcelain tiles, vinyl, engineered timber and screeding
- Full rewiring, DB upgrades and lighting layouts to current code
- Kitchen and rear extensions, car porch works and awnings
- Plaster ceilings, cornices, feature walls and complete repainting
- Window and door replacement, grilles and safety upgrades
How pricing works
Every quotation is itemised by room and by trade, with named material brands and measured quantities. Provisional sums are flagged clearly and reconciled against receipts, so the final account holds no surprises. A typical terrace house interior refresh runs ten to fourteen weeks; we put the dates in writing before the first hack.
