We serve two kinds of clients: property owners who call when something has already failed, and managers who would rather it never fails. For the first we run a repair team that quotes fast and turns up when promised. For the second we build annual maintenance programmes that schedule inspections, repainting cycles and waterproofing renewals before the monsoon finds the weak point.
